Hourly limit. Each plan can send a set number of emails per hour (Starter 500, Business 2,000, Pro 5,000). Larger campaigns are sent automatically over several hours: you don't need to do anything. If you regularly need more, upgrade your plan from the service page.
Subscriber allowance. Plans include 2,500 / 10,000 / 50,000 subscribers. If you grow beyond your plan, we'll contact you about an upgrade.
Bounces. Addresses that don't exist (hard bounces) are blocklisted after one bounce; temporary problems (soft bounces) are retried. You can review them under Subscribers → Bounces.
To stay out of spam folders:
- Make sure all DNS records on the service page show OK.
- Only email people who opted in, and remove contacts who never open your emails.
- Keep the sender address
newsletter@news.yourdomain; you can freely change the sender name. - Avoid link shorteners and spammy wording.
Not allowed: purchased or scraped lists, emails without consent, misleading subjects or senders, phishing and adult or illegal content. Accounts causing abuse complaints or high bounce rates are suspended to protect all customers.
