Your Email Marketing plan (Marketing Starter, Business or Pro) gives you your own campaign dashboard, ready a few minutes after your order.
- Go to Services → My Services and open your Email Marketing service.
- Click Open Dashboard. Your dashboard address is
https://yourname.marketing.eltahost.com/admin; the username and password are shown on the service page (click Show) and in your welcome email. - Check the DNS records section on the service page. All four records must show ✓ OK before you send (see DNS records for Email Marketing).
- Import your contacts, create a list and send your first campaign (see the next articles).
Your campaigns are sent from newsletter@news.yourdomain. You can change the sender name under Settings → General → Default 'from' email, but keep the address itself, otherwise the mail server refuses the message.
Your plan includes a sending limit per hour and a subscriber allowance; both are shown on the service page. Upgrade anytime from the service page (Upgrade/Downgrade).
