- Check the DNS records. On your Email Hosting service page, all records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) must be green. A missing DKIM or SPF record is the most common reason mail goes to spam.
- Only one SPF record. Two SPF TXT records on the same domain cancel each other out. Merge them into one.
- Check the Junk folder on both your side and the receiver's side.
- Mailbox full? Check storage use on the service page. A full mailbox rejects new mail.
- Sending in bulk? Our email service is meant for personal and business mail, not newsletters or mass mailing. Use a newsletter service for that.
Still a problem? Open a Technical Support ticket and include the sender, the recipient, and the time the message was sent.
