For advanced settings, open the Mail Admin Panel from your Email Hosting service page in the client area. It logs you in automatically. Your admin username and password are also in your welcome email.
- Aliases: extra addresses that deliver to an existing mailbox (for example
sales@→info@). - Forwarding: send copies of incoming mail to another address, including outside addresses.
- Spam filter: change how strict the filter is, and allow or block specific senders.
Messages caught as spam go to each mailbox's Junk folder. Check it if you're missing an expected email.
