- Web, reseller and email hosting: usually within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.
- Software licenses: usually within a few minutes. Make sure the server IP you entered on the order is correct.
- Domain registrations: a few minutes; transfers can take up to 5–7 days, depending on the current registrar.
Some orders, for example orders that need fraud checks or are paid by bank transfer, are checked by hand first. If you have not received your welcome email after 1 hour, check your spam folder and then open a ticket.
