The fastest way to get help is a support ticket. Open one from Support → Open Ticket and choose the right department:
- Technical Support: problems with websites, email, cPanel or licenses.
- Billing: invoices, payments, refunds and renewals.
- Sales: questions before you order.
- Abuse: report spam, phishing or other abuse from our network.
You can also email us: support@eltahost.com, billing@eltahost.com, sales@eltahost.com or abuse@eltahost.com. Emails sent to these addresses become tickets automatically.
To help us solve the problem quickly, please include the domain or service, what you were doing, and the exact error message (a screenshot helps).
