- Client area: click Forgot Password? on the login page and enter your email address. A reset link is emailed to you.
- cPanel: log in to the client area, open the hosting service and use Change Password. You can also use the one-click cPanel login without a password.
- Mailbox (Email Hosting): change it from the Email Hosting service page in the client area.
Too many failed login attempts can block your IP for a short time. If you're locked out, open a ticket from another network or email support@eltahost.com and include your IP address.
