- Open the service in the client area.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose End of billing period (keep using it until it expires) or Immediate.
Important: when a hosting or email service is cancelled, all its files, databases and emails are permanently deleted. Download a backup first. If you have a domain with us, it stays active, but remember to renew it separately or to turn off auto-renew.
