- Check the status on the service page. If it says Suspended, there is usually an unpaid invoice. Pay it, and the license is re-activated automatically within a few minutes.
- Check the IP. The IP on the license must be the server's main public IP. Run
curl -4 ifconfig.meon the server to see it. - Run the install command again. It refreshes the license and fixes most problems.
- Check the firewall. The server must be able to make outgoing HTTPS connections to update the license.
