1. Log in to cPanel and open Manage My Databases (or use the Database Wizard).
2. Create a new database. Its name will start with your cPanel username, for example user_shop.
3. Under MySQL Users, create a user with a strong password.
4. Under Add User To Database, select the user and the database, and give it All Privileges.

In your application, use localhost as the database host. To import or export data, use phpMyAdmin in cPanel.
